Every once in a while a project comes along that’s just pure fun 🤠🃏

One of my repeat clients asked me to photograph him and his friends — proudly known as The Marshmallow Club — at one of their family’s historic properties. Their vision? An old-school saloon scene with hats, cards, whiskey, and a whole lot of character.

When I arrived, Mike showed me a sepia photo taken over 100 years ago in that exact space… a group of men sitting around a table, just like these guys. His vision was to recreate the vibe and bring that moment back to life.

Shoots like this are my favorite — the creativity, the storytelling, and the history. After the session, I handled the printing and framing so the final pieces could hang proudly at their club. I met up with Mike this week to hand over the finished prints, and seeing his reaction made my whole day.

What a whirlwind summer it’s been!

🎓 Between my own son’s high school graduation (and the big celebration that followed), photographing two amazing events, capturing another year of portraits for the talented dancers at Dance Arts Center, and shooting multiple family and senior sessions (and juggling schedules due to the extreme temperatures and humidity) — my schedule, camera and my heart have been full. 📸💛 This photo taken at Wustum Museum brings me some calm.

I’ve had the absolute joy of photographing @Liamani Sings and her beautiful family over the years — from branding portraits to family memories. Watching her journey unfold has been nothing short of incredible.

From singing the National Anthem at various sporting events throughout the country at the young age of 6, belting Mariah Carey's parts on stage with Boys II Men, landing a role as "Pink" in the upcoming Disney movie "Descendants 5" to now writing her own music & launching 3 hit singles, she continues to amaze me (and so many others).
